González Serrano, María Manuela

María Manuela González is a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Her research interests are the study of efficiency, productivity and regulation applied to the transport and port sector. In the last few years she is expanding her field of research to port and environmental issues.

She has worked on research projects for public and private institutions, nationally and internationally, such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Government of Spain, the Government of the Canary Islands and the BBVA Foundation.
